All our juice is produced from available fruites, each hand made batch has its own unique character. We cannot guarantee that your bottle is pressed from the ancient and wonderfully named "Ashmead Kernal" or "Knobby Russet" - but it may be!
The apples are washed and crushed and the pulp is hand pressed to
obtain the juice.
The juice is muslin filtered, bottled and parteurised
Labels and caps are added and it is ready for drinking!
